Welcome to Dancing Sun Yoga and Meditation!

Dancing Sun Yoga and Meditation is dedicated to helping individuals maximize their joy, health, and self-awareness. This is attained through the awareness practices of yoga and mindfulness meditation. Group and individual yoga sessions are offered, as well as traditional rehabilitation and body work techniques.

Services offered through Dancing Sun Yoga and Meditation are varied - ranging from group and individual yoga classes for the "well-population" as well as therapeutic yoga sessions for individuals with chronic pain and illness. Dancing Sun Yoga seeks to skillfully blend a grounded understanding of anatomy and kinesiology with Buddhist meditation/visualization techniques, and yoga postures and breathing techniques to optimize health and well-being.  Sessions are tailored to each individuals need,regardless of the type of service received (i.e., yoga, bodywork, rehabilitation).
